Welcome to The Twisted Pair, where our story began with a passion for reviving the historic Schultz Tap, once known as Tillies. Established in 1889 and revitalized in 2021 by Sean and Tutts, our restaurant and bar in Beechwood have become a beloved destination, drawing visitors from as far as Milwaukee.

Our charming spot offers a variety of spaces including private dining areas and an inviting outdoor seating with views of Beechwood Lake. At the helm of our kitchen, Chef Jeff crafts a menu featuring local delights from Gibbsville and Sartori Cheese, fresh vegetables from Springdale Farm, and baked goods from City Bakery.
